   RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERYONE
Our Code guides us in conducting business or any transactions in an appropriate manner. The responsibility for honorable, ethical and professional behavior must be taken seriously by everyone, at every level of the organization.
Responsibility of Employees
As employees of Focus Global Inc., we are enjoined to:
Read, understand, and comply with the Code and other departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrate ethical behavior in the performance of duties.
Speak up and raise possible violations of the Code.
Be truthful, cooperate fully in any internal investigation, and provide as much information as possible.
Responsibility of Managers
All managers and supervisors are responsible to be role models and should act in a manner consistent with our Code and our values. As members of the management, all managers and supervisors are enjoined to:
Demonstrate ethical behavior in performing their duties.
Review the Code at least once a year with your staff.
Help employees understand the Code and Company policies and have access to resources to help them live the Code every day.
Ensure employees are properly oriented on the Company policies that govern the business activities that they are engaged in on behalf of the Company.
Create an environment where employees are comfortable speaking up without fear of retaliation, fostering a positive work environment.
Take seriously any concerns raised by an employee that compromises our Code, and take the time to understand if the issue should be escalated. If so, escalate the matter as soon as possible.
Recognize and reward ethical behavior.
                Please take note that failing to read or attest to the Code does not excuse you from these responsibilities.
