CONVENTIONS
In some cases, it is necessary to place an employee under preventive suspension.
Preventive Suspension
This action and decision from management places an employee under suspension during an ongoing investigation of a disciplinary case. The management may place the worker concerned under preventive suspension if his continued employment poses a serious and imminent threat to the life or property of the employer or of his co-workers.
In each section of the Code of Conduct, the severity of offenses will be indicated after each offense.

Offenses that may vary in severity depending on circumstances involved will have a corresponding range of possible disciplinary actions.
