Our company, Focus Global Inc. has built a reputation of excellence and integrity because
we strongly believe and uphold our values. Our values serve as a guide in everything we do, whether in dealing with suppliers, everyday decision-making, or the way we treat customers and employees. Everyone is encouraged to interact in a way that reflects our values.

Maintaining our reputation and operating on an ethical basis is essential to our continued success. We need to be aware that our actions and decisions can affect our colleagues, our customers and the public with whom we come in contact.
Our Code of Conduct, being founded on Focus Global values, will enable us to make appropriate decisions and take proper action as members of the Focus Global organization.
It will be relatively easy to determine how to apply the Code in many situations. However, the Code does not describe or provide guidance in every circumstance we might encounter in our work.
If we encounter a situation that does not provide specific guidance, let us use our organization’s core values to direct us in determining the action to be taken.
