CONVENTIONS
The Code of Conduct is organized according to relevance in workplace policies and standards of corporate practice. Expected behaviors are defined for everyone’s guidance and compliance.
Behaviors that do not follow these policies and standards are considered as offenses. They are classified under four levels of severity: Light (Level A), Minor (Level B), Moderate (Level C), and Serious (Level D).

Verbal Warning
This disciplinary action is issued by a superior during a discussion with the employee. This serves as a warning to the employee
to immediately correct his/
her behavior to avoid further disciplinary action. Verbal warnings are written and issued to the employee for documentation purposes.
Written Warning
This corrective action usually follows a verbal warning.
A written letter is issued to the employee describing the offense incurred and a consequent warning of the next disciplinary action if the same offense happens again.
Suspension
With this corrective action,
an employee is not allowed to work for a number of days based on the gravity of the offense. The suspension days are not paid once the offense
is proven to be true.
Dismissal
This is the most serious course of action wherein employment is terminated due to proven serious misconduct or unethical behavior by an employee.
