GENERAL PURPOSE
The Code of Conduct is our common reference for proper conduct in the workplace. It tells us how we should conduct ourselves as members of Focus Global Inc. The Code contains important information that helps us to act responsibly and perform our work ethically and with accountability. The Code governs our on-and-off job conduct as representatives of FGI on a daily basis.
To be more specific, the Code’s main purpose is to
Enhance and protect the rights and interests of employees and the company.
Maintain order in the workplace for the efficient operation of the company.
Develop and instill in the employees the values of personal discipline, proper deportment, and proper manners.
Give all employees clear and specific guidelines on how to behave as a member of the Corporate family.
Provide all employees and supervisors with an objective, consistent, and impartial disciplinary system for enforcing company policies, rules, and regulations.
COVERAGE
The Code and its associated corporate policies apply to all employees, which include managers, officers, supervisors and associates (including all regular, probationary, and fixed period hire employees) of Focus Global Inc.
