MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY ASSETS AND FINANCIAL INTEGRITY
DESCRIPTION
Proprietary information are valuable company assets that should be protected and kept confidential. These include employee information, price lists, trade secrets, research and development, marketing collaterals, and intellectual properties.
EXPECTED WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR
As a member of FGI, we are expected to
Secure and protect proprietary information with utmost confidentiality
Avoid talking about and sharing information about these things in public areas outside company premises Avoid disclosing this information to non-FGI employee/s, even to family members or close relatives
OFFENSES
Unauthorized release, disclosure, or assistance to access of proprietary information. D Unauthorized possession of proprietary information either in physical or electronic document. A-C
