MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY ASSETS AND FINANCIAL INTEGRITY
OFFENSES
Unacceptable behaviors that are not according to standards include:
Substituting or attempting to substitute assets without due authority and approval. D Losing or misplacing company records and assets.
C-D Releasing company records and assets without due authority and approval. D
• Caused by third party organization (i.e. suppliers, contractors) • Directly under the accountability of the employee.
Wilfully accessing or using the assets of the company for personal purposes without due authority and approval.
B Wilfully declaring and submitting false records. D
Any acts of vandalism causing damage, deformity, or defacement to company property or those of
others within company premises; posting of unauthorized notices, signs, placards; or unauthorized B-D removal, or tampering of official communication.
All other acts / violations resulting in loss of company assets, information and financial assets of the company.
