Utilization of the Capital

1. Utilization of the Capital Increase from Right Offering

In 2020, the Company offered the newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders according to their
shareholding proportion (“Right Offering” or “RO”). The Company received proceeds from the RO in the total amount
of Baht 979,400,000 (Nine Hundred Seventy-Nine Million and Four Hundred Thousand Baht Only), by which after
deducting registration fee for capital increase and other expense, the Company received the proceeds in the total net
amount of Baht 975,419,607.74 (Nine Hundred Seventy Five Million Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred
Seven Baht and Seventy Four Stang).

The utilization of capital increased from RO as of December 31, 2020 are as follows:
