Items for inpatients can be planned. The user selects the number of repetitions per day and sets the timing for
the treatments. Treatments can be set to repeat every day, every other day and so on. Treatments meant here
can be procedures, administering a medicine or a non-pharmaceutical product (supply) or giving food to the
patient.
Planning of treatments in Provet Cloud:
Plans dashboard
The planned treatments can be followed on the ‘Plans dashboard’. The ‘plans dashboard’ lists all planned
treatments and it can be filtered by service, species, patient location and supervising veterinarian. Expired
treatments are highlighted in red to alert the staff about these items.
Planned treatments can marked as done on the ‘plans dashboard’ without opening the individual consultation
page for each patient. Planned treatments have three stages: ‘Mark as prepared’, ‘mark as started’ and ‘mark
as done’. Not all of these need to be used as stages can be skipped but these can be tracked. User
information is logged separately for each step. Planned items need to be marked as done before they are
added to the invoice for the client.
