Label printing

We provide multiple approaches to label printing in terms of integrating the label printers with Provet Cloud.
One approach is to use a software that handles the print requests, another one uses an external plug and play
device that is connected to a label printer and lastly a specific printer can be used that supports cloud
printing. Cloud printing works through a small server that we provide as an additional service. Cloud printing
does not require any local installations or extra hardware.

Label printers can be integrated to Provet Cloud and print requests can be made from any physical location as
long as the user has an internet connection available.

The label templates can be created in the settings, to conform with required legal requirements on layout and
content, by a super user and for example font size on the labels can be selected. It is possible to use
placeholders which will be replaced automatically by relevant information when printing the label.
Placeholders include fields for patient and client details, organization or department details, consultation
information, medicine information and laboratory information.
