We Lilavatians strongly believe in democracy. We therefore, choose the best candidate
for 'Best Teacher Award' and 'Lifetime Achievement Award‘ in a democratic manner. In
simple words, we vote for whom we feel is the best. The staff of Lilavati Lalji Dayal High
School and College of Commerce, both teaching and non teaching vote in the
democratic environment for who they think is the best person.
A proper election process is conducted.
Any teacher who has 2+ years of continuous service in the school/college is eligible for
the “Best Teacher Award” and a teacher who has served the institution for more than 15
years is eligible for the “Lifetime Achievement Award”.
The entire school staff (Teaching and Non Teaching) votes.
The person with the highest votes in the respective category thus becomes the recipient
of the Best Teacher award & Lifetime Achievement award of Lilavati Lalji Dayal High
School and College of Commerce.
