So you think you can win this...?

It's not so easy to be the school captain of Lilavati Lalji Dayal High School and College
of Commerce. All the candidates who are nominated for the post of Captain, Vice

Captain, Head Boy and Head Girl have to prove themselves.

The candidates are tested on 4 parameters:

Physical fitness, Art, Writing skills and Personal Interview.

All the nominated candidates have to pass all these tests to become the leader.

The Head Boy and Head Girl are selected from Std. X.
The Captains are selected from Std. IX
The Vice Captains of all the four houses are selected from Std. VIII

The candidates had to go through a vigorous physical activity. After the physical
activity, they had to make a still life picture. The candidates then had to express their

views and opinions on current issues in writing. After all this, the candidates had to go
through the last and final round i.e. the personal interview.

For the selection of the Head Boy and Head girl, a panel is set up to interview all the
candidates. They ask them various questions to test their skills and abilities.

Personal interviews for the Captain and Vice captain are conducted by the House
Masters.

If a candidate completes all these tasks successfully and tops it, only then he/she
becomes a leader.
