This knot may be used by campers and climbers
who need to haul something along the ground,
such as a heavy log, or up the side of a cliff, such as
a gear bag. It also works well as the start of a
lashing to keep gear on a luggage rack.
Running Bowline: Step 3 Running Bowline: Step 4 LOOPS
Take the working end behind the bight and Adjust the size of the loop in the line around
back through the loop a second time. the standing part and tighten the bowline.
