As a simple backup knot, wrap the working end around
 the standing part of the lighter line three times, wrapping
 the line toward the Albright, not away from it. This backup
 knot is essentially one half of a blood knot (see page 150).
 When tied neatly, and with the tag ends trimmed off, the   take care to tuck the second
