dOUBLe Sheet Bend
A reinforced version of the sheet bend that provides
greater security.
In uses where the basic sheet bend will tend to slip or en-
tirely spill, the double sheet bend creates a more secure
knot, even when the ropes are wet and even when the
load is heavy. This is especially true when the ropes are of Be sure the turns lie neatly beside each BendS
