 Pull  the  working  end  toward  the  tie-down   When appropriate tension is in the rope or cord,
 point  to  create  the  amount  of  tension     secure the knot with a half hitch (see page 34),
 required.  or an overhand with draw loop (see page 19),
        as shown in the photograph.
