Wow, what a busy market we are in right now. The past year has really shifted many people's focus on the meaning ofhome
and it is extremely evident in the numbers below. Median and average sales prices have shot up by 19.4% and 21.6%
respectively as compared to Q1 2020. The number of homes sold also increased by 78% year over year. It truly is an
