What’s Happening In Todays Market
Happy New Year! I wish you and yours much prosperity, healthy and happiness in 2021. With a new year and fiscal quarter
upon us, we are reflecting on Q4 2020, which shows some very interesting statistics compared to Q4 2019. The most notable
aspect is the number of homes for sale by year’s end increased by almost a quarter. It is an excellent time for sellers as
the market is flooded with buyers taking advantage of historically low interest rates. Additionally, the average and median
sales prices have also increased with a median sales price in Mar Vista now at $1,737,500. The Selem Team represented 2
of Mar Vista’s top 5 sales in Q4 2020. If you’re thinking of selling your home this year, I would be happy to discuss further
and elaborate on what the state of the market may mean for you. We have adopted and adjusted our work, offering virtual
tours and open houses, zoom consultations and more.
