What is Happening in Today’s Market
In Mar Vista, comparing the numbers from Q1 2019 and Q1 2020 reveal a large rise in median sales price from $1,435,000 in 2019
to $1,590,000 in 2020. Homes spent significantly fewer days on the market in Q1 2020 and the average list price was up a whopping
$200,000. While we may not know what Q2 2020 has in store, I feel these numbers show a strong market with high demand and activity
