What is Happening in Today’s Market
Hello everyone. I hope this finds you and yours well. It’s hard to believe we are in the last quarter of 2020, but here we are! As always,
we have reflected upon the numbers from Q3 2020 as compared to Q3 2019, and the numbers are quite interesting. Average and median
sales prices are up significantly, reflecting a 7.4% and 9% increase respectively from that of Q3 2019. There are a significant amount of
buyers out there right now, thanks in part to low interest rates, which makes it a wonderful time to sell. However, inventory decreased
from that of Q3 2019 with 12.2% fewer homes available for sale compared to the same time last year. Despite this whirlwind of a year,
real estate has been exceptionally busy. Please keep in touch and don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss market conditions and what
they may mean for your next move.
