Dayna McKiernan

After moving to Los Angeles from her native Dublin seven years ago with
AGENT | THE SELEM TEAM nothing but a couple of suitcases and her sunny disposition, Dayna McKiernan
has established a glowing reputation for her innovative marketing strategies,
five-star service and passion for the city. “I truly believe Southern California is
one of the most beautiful places in the world to live and am so lucky to call it
my second home,” she says. In Ireland, Dayna attended University of Dublin,
Trinity College and studied abroad at UC Santa Cruz, where she first fell in love
with California.

As a member of The Agency Brentwood team, Dayna loves to see L.A. through
real estate as she represents clients throughout the Westside. She specializes
in working with first-time buyers and sellers in Mar Vista, Westchester and
Culver City. An attentive listener armed with local market knowledge, she
makes sure she understands exactly what her clients want then works
tirelessly to achieve it, whether that means negotiating the best price or
shortest escrow. For Dayna, no question is too big or small. “This is the biggest
transaction most people will ever experience,” she acknowledges, “And I
empathize with that.” Her professionalism and fondness for bad puns help
ensure her clients feel at ease.

Among recent accolades, she has negotiated a whopping $60,000 price
reduction for one buyer, successfully beat out multiple offers while not
actually being the highest price considered for another, and received multiple
offers on a listing, netting the seller a lot more than they anticipated.

Dayna began her real estate career in property management. In 2017, she joined
The Selem Team as a Marketing Specialist, using her degrees and real-world
savvy to introduce new and upcoming functions and platforms that propelled
the business to the next level. She earned her license shortly after and has
never looked back.

She takes full advantage of her adopted home in her free time, biking to the
beach, swimming in the ocean, barbecuing by the pool with friends and
volunteering with Union Rescue Mission. On her own she enjoys reading,
singing and trying to learn guitar.
