What is Happening in Today’s Market
In Brentwood, as is evident from the data below, Q1 2019 and Q1 2020 show some interesting developments—namely, there has been a
big jump in median sales price from $2,735,000 in 2019 to $3,119,000 in 2020. Average price per square foot also increased from $1,055
in Q1 2019 to $1,238 in Q1 2020. Homes are spending more days on the market this year, going from an average of 65 days in Q1 2019
to 88 days in Q1 2020. While we may not know what Q2 of this year has in store, I feel these numbers demonstrate a strong market,
with demand and activity right up to April 1, 2020—also known as day one of Q2. As your real estate advisor, my goal is to keep you
