Appendix C - Navigating this Workbook
This workbook was created with a Table of Contents which helps you move
quickly between sections of the workbook. The application you are using to view
this workbook will have a way of displaying the Table of Contents. Most
applications have a button or menu item to switch the display of the Table of
Contents off and on. Here is where to find the button in a number of common
applications used to view PDF documents.

Click the 'hamburger' button and then choose the "Document outline" view
Microsoft Edge web browser
Click the 'Contents' button then choose the 'List view'
