Born in the south suburbs of Chicago,
Tasha Nicole McCoy moved with her
family to Milwaukee at a very young age
and immediately became a part of the
adult choir at her father’s church. As the
daughter of a pastor, Tasha has been
singing all of her life! Singing and
performing for over 25 years, Tasha has
made herself a invaluable asset within
the city’s vibrant music community.
Tasha has made a name for herself
in Milwaukee and its surrounding area
as as a premier vocalist, sought-after
background vocalist arranger and
director, and an actor in Milwaukee's
theater scene.

In 2019 she made the bold move to fulfill her dream of becoming a
solo artist and Tasha Nicole was born.

She has used her background in church, training at the conservatory
and love of classic R&B to create a sound all her own and released
her debut single, Who Knew in 2020. As a singer/ songwriter, Tasha
Nicole is committed to uplift, inspire, and elevate herself and those
around her in an authentic and exciting way.
Tasha has worked singing background with countless artists, graced
innumerable stages, trained singers all over the globe and
performed as an actress in Milwaukee’s most prominent theater
companies. Tasha attributes her success to her faith and her
supportive family and friends. She is most proud of her work
investing in others both a love for the skill of singing and the heart to
see others fulfill their dreams.
