Dear West Brook Graduates,
Congratulations on the successful completion of your middle school studies at West
Brook School! While our school year ended differently than normal, I want you all to
know that it has truly been my privilege to spend time with you over these last three
years and watching you grow as scholars and leaders. Each of you has been integral in
enhancing my learning as a school leader and I will be sad to see you leave, as we have
created many memorable moments.
The move to high school is exciting! Your parents and teachers have worked with you to
help you get to this point. But you are the one who has worked conscientiously, making
many choices along the way. Be proud of all that you have learned and accomplished!
You have shown and gained many skills that will carry you through life, including your
strength, resiliency, and perseverance.
Your years at high school will present new demands, responsibilities, and freedoms. You
will be presented with opportunities to explore new possibilities and interests.
Remember that each day; YOU are the one with the power and control to make the most
of your experiences! Make choices that reflect all that you have learned and that reflect
honesty, hard work, respect for yourself and others, and kindness.
I wish you all the best that life has to offer and continued success in achieving your
goals. Seize every opportunity that you are afforded, dream big, persevere, and
remember that you are always welcome at West Brook!
