                                           Elephants, The Gentle Giants

Elephants are the largest land animal in the world and are

known for their large size and wisdom. With a large body

and gray skin, elephants have a long trunk that is very

useful for various purposes, such as fetching food and

drinking water. Elephants also have large ears that help

them to hear sounds well and regulate body temperature.

They usually live in groups called herds, which are led by
the eldest female. Elephants' main diet is grass, leaves and

tree bark, which they eat in large quantities every day.

Elephants are also known to have a sharp memory, so they

can recognize their friends and enemies after many years.

With their gentle and social nature, elephants are a symbol

of strength and wisdom in the wild.
