So, you’re as prepared as you can be and it’s almost time to get the show on the road.

We really hope you’ve enjoyed immersing yourself in the cooking experience, whether
you’ve cooked alone or had a helping hand (albeit virtually), know that the time and
effort you have put in will make the end result taste even better!

We understand that serving the food is likely to be the most anxiety inducing part of
hosting but don’t worry, the next few pages provide you with step by step instructions
for serving each of your courses. Similarly to your preparation tasks, all of the
ingredients and equipment you require are outlined at the beginning. Make sure you
give the next few pages a read ahead of time so that you know exactly what to expect
when it comes to bringing all the elements together.

Remember, hosting a meal isn’t all about the food, set the table, light the candles and
