Congratulations to the Winner
Polisha Jenkins, the District 8 Nominee from the Valdosta CSC
When Polisha Jenkins began with DDS in 2015, everyone quickly learned that customer service is her
business! She was nominated by her Center Manager, Denisa Smiley and cheered on by Interim District
Manager Elijah Jones.
Her transaction time speaks for itself. During the 2020 fiscal year, Polisha served 8,005 customers with a
transaction time of 4:02 minutes. She also administered 329 automobile skill tests and 4 motorcycle skill
tests. She is a Team Lead and volunteers in the community. She rallied behind her Team during the
uncertain early days of the Pandemic, oftentimes leaving special treats for them. Her customers love her:
