Tier 1 and Tier 2
• Team members completed Tier 1 and Tier 2 training prior to Wednesday, November 25th. If
you have not been able to complete, please speak with your manager for help.

Tier 3
• 11/30/2020 - First Day of Tier 3 Modules for CSCs
• 12/02/2020 - First Day of Tier 3 Classes for HQ Units

Tier 4
• Practice in the Sandbox will be available from 12/03/2020 thru 1/13/2021
