We Are the Champions
The second annual Driver Examiner Customer Service Championship, (aka the Fastest Typist Test), is well
underway! The Scoop has renamed it the Customer Service Championship, because we all know that serving
customers is a lot more than typing! It is communication, concentration and precision! This statewide event
was created to generate friendly competition between the Districts. It pits the top customer service
performers from each center in a customer service transaction time showdown! As of press time, there have
been seven district competitions. When the remaining districts crown their winners, all district winners will
compete for top honors. Congratulations to all the competitors and supporters, and keep smiling!
