Customer Service Survey

           Was our staff knowledgeable?

Customers are giving DDS all               86.02%
thumbs up when completing the
online customer service survey.       Was our staff courteous?

Since July 2017, DDS has been               84.55%
contacting customers who chose to
provide email addresses during
their visit. To date, 45,529
customers have responded to the
email survey. 86.02% rated our
team Excellent, and 11.51% gave a
Satisfactory when asked “Was our
staff knowledgeable?” when asked
about courtesy, 84.55% said
Excellent and 12.07% passed on a
Satisfactory.

Metrics are a large part of the
culture for the entire DDS
organization. Metrics are used to
monitor productivity and identify
gaps that may need improvement
across the Agency. In this instance,
DDS goes above and beyond to
receive details about each
customer’s individual experience.
