It is my pleasure to announce the
winner of the 2019 Winter Weight
Loss Challenge. The winner is

The winner of the challenge
receives a monetary prize, but
the point is to encourage and
maintain a healthy lifestyle. I
hope that many of you have made
progress in that area. We plan to
have another challenge in the fall
leading up to the holidays. We
will send out information at a
