Celebrate Excellence
Another excellent program hosted by the GA Department of Human Services
was recently supported by Field Operations Director Kecia Bivins and District
Manager J.C. Reynoso. The Celebration of Excellence honored foster kids aging
out of foster care who recently graduated from college, high school or obtained
a GED. "These young people have faced many hardships and to see them
accomplish such an important milestone is truly inspiring," commented Kecia.
