AAMVA Conference

Working sessions included a variety of topics including Emerging
Technology; Social Media; Autonomous Vehicles; Customer Service
Improvement and Highway Safety. DDS had several presenters including
Deputy Director of Field Operations Pierre Miles who spoke about
‘Welcoming New Driver Assistance Technology’. Angelique McClendon,
General Counsel, offered advice on ‘Court Partnerships’ and the session was
facilitated by Deborah Moore, Director of Human Resources.

Also attending was the DDS Examiner of the Year, Keyiera Ezell, from
Perry CSC. The Fastest Typist winner, Jessica Carl, from Decatur CSC also
attended as part of her prize winnings.

The group enjoyed fellowship at the Annual Awards lunch and various
planned group activities.

• Online Road Test Reservations - Improvement through Efficiencies
• Karen Brooks, Criminal Investigator II with the Office of Investigations
