Field Operations

• Pierre Miles

He personally visited over 30 CSCs during this time and delivered thousands of pieces of PPE and cleaning supplies
throughout the state in addition to his regular duties.

• Aretha Wright

She voluntarily worked in CSCs where there was limited staff so that customers with appointments could be served.

IT Division

• Granville Owens

Granville worked countless hours, including several weekends, to ensure that the new Online Services Programs were
operational.

• Kym Vrooman

Kym worked over the first weekend to make sure the Online Reservations were in place for the CDL
appointments.

• Mike Veira

He worked on weekends installing Platform 28 software on CSC workstations to help with call center volume.

• Johnny Manning

Johnny put in countless hours making sure that the 120-day license and permit extensions processed properly.

Office of Investigative Services (OIS)

• Calvin Heard, Investigator II

He has continued to come into HQ to ensure that background investigations have continued without any delays to
help facilitate the continued hiring processes.

• Korey Bryson, Investigative Assistant

Korey has diligently aided in the fingerprinting process and background investigations assistance along with
Investigator Heard.
