                              Compliments of the Quarter






          During the first quarter of 2021, District 7
          was the top district, for the third quarter in a
          row, to receive the most compliments during
          the period. The top center, for the first time,
          was the Thomaston CSC.  District 7 received
          84 total compliments and Thomaston CSC
          accounted for 53 of those.  Congrats to Dis-
          trict 7 DM, Larry Fincher and Thomaston CSC
          manager, Josselyn Jester, for continuing to
          promote “Exceeding Customer Expectations,
          Every Customer, Every Time” to their Team
          Members.

          Deputy Commissioner Rich presented Deputy
          Commissioner Coins to District seven Man-
          ager Larry Fincher and Thomaston CSC Man-
          ger Josselyn Jester for leading the state in the
          number of compliments for a District and a
          CSC during first quarter, 2021.


          During the quarter, CSC team members re-
          ceived a total of 233 compliments. Thirty-nine
          different CSC’s received compliments, and
          89 different team members received compli-
          ments for their exceptional customer service.


          Additionally, during the quarter, the Contact
          Center received 12 compliments, with Tyra
          Bullock and Tammie Stewart receiving three
          of those each, IT received six compliments,

          their continuous Exceptional Customer Ser-
          vice to our customers.  Thanks, and congratu-
          lations to ALL team members that received
          compliments during this period.  You define
          the culture and image of DDS.  Please keep up
          the great work.
