#AchievingNewHeightsIn2019
As 2019 comes to a close, I personally want
to thank each and everyone of you for your
commitment to DDS and the State. Thanks
to the talent and tireless efforts of our entire
Team, this year may have been the most
triumphant year in the history of DDS!
As you review this list of impressive
accomplishments and review the memories
that are included in this ‘Year in Review’, I
believe that the DDS Team did Achieve New
Heights in 2019. I can’t wait to see how we
top that in 2020! Best wishes for you and
your family to have a healthy and happy
New Year.
• Implementation of Card Production Services (CPS) on-time and within budget.
• Launch of DRIVES
• Debt Collection Services-DDS has collected over one million dollars owed to
the state for unpaid Super Speeder Fees.
• DDS 2 GO, our Mobile Services App, gains popularity giving every customer a
CSC in their pocket!
• Online Road Test Reservations were launched and immediately became
popular. So popular that it contributed to the Contact Center being able to
reach service level goals that previously were a struggle to meet.
• As many states are in a tailspin trying to meet the October 1, 2020 RealID
deadline, DDS celebrated a 96.2% customer compliance rate. We are looked to
as a national model for RealID implementation.
• Customer Service Wait Times were impressive even with the added strain of
the large projects on our time and resources.
