Business as Usual!!
The DDS Board of Directors met in person on June after more than a year! Everyone was excited
to be able to come together safely to reconnect and handle Agency business in person. The
Board had been meeting once a month virtually since the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration.
Ross Potts, Program Management Office, kept
the presentation on schedule.
Board Chairman David Connell and Commissioner
Moore were glad to commemorate this meeting.
Director of Field Operations Kecia Bivins
gave an update on staffing efforts as well
as cutomer service levels.
