You CAN have Chili in the
Summer!
When you think of chili, you think of sweatshirts, chang-
ing leaves and football games. If you've been at DDS a
few years, you may think of the famous DDS Chili Coo-
koff. Throw back photos on the left are past winners Brett

If you think about it, most vegetables added to chili are
their best in the Summer months. So of course Summer is
the perfect time to make chili!
The best part about the recipe featured here is that you
can make it in the slo-cooker! I hope you enjoy this hearty
yet lighter version of the classic.
