    In Fiscal Year 2020



    2.5 Million In Person Transactions Were Conducted

    1,407,923 Calls Were Handled by Contact Center Agents


    98.29% DLs and IDs were mailed within 14 days of  Submission

    Social Media remained popular with 14,889 Facebook likes; 16,549 Twitter Followers and 1,702 Instagram followers.


    HR conducted 13,261 Training Modules


    Investigations handled 545 Fraud Cases

    Legal Services Handled 1,027,286  electronic citations with a 97.21% acceptance rate.
