More Customers = More Compliments
District 7 received the most compliments of all other Districts during the counting period, with a total of
189 compliments. Seven of the nine District 7 CSC’s received compliments.
The Newnan CSC received the most compliments of all other CSC’s, with 159 compliments. Clyde Mitchell,
Newnan manager personally received 56 of those compliments. Newnan License Examiner, Denita Bar-
nett received 38 compliments, the most of any other license examiner in the state during the third quarter.
Overall, DDS Team members received 385 compliments during the third quarter, which was a 30% increase
over the total number of compliments received during the 2nd quarter.
Nineteen more CSC’s received compliments during the 3rd quarter, which was 47 out of our 67 CSC’s re-
ceiving compliments for Exceptional Customer Service. Additionally, ninety eight different team members
received compliments during the 3rd quarter which was up by an outstanding 42 team members.
Deputy Commissioner Rich commented, “The hard work and dedication by our team members during this
pandemic has been outstanding. At a time when our customers need it most, they are increasingly met
with compassion and care in our CSC’s.” “Way to go DDS.”
