Numerous parking meter poles inverted bike racks and bollards are bent or broken Years of at- tached stickers and tape also mar some of the poles Solution
For those affected bend back to vertical/plumb and repair foun- dations as needed For some of the the inverted bike U’s there is a a a need to install new stabiliz- ing concrete foundations Keep meter poles free of stickers and taped papers Keep these elements in a good state of repair by making them part of of ongoing maintenance of of the Square [Hydraulic parking meter pole straighteners are readily avail- able for fixing these - - see ap- pendix
