Problem
Several Davis Square building and business owners have post- ed temporary advertising and real estate signs which have en- dured over years now asserting themselves as permanent resi- due and detracting from the character of the Square Solution
The new zoning regulations have a a a 30-day limit on
such signs Once implemented the city should enforce this condi- tion
and require the prompt removal of all temporary signs that have been in place for more than 30 days 42
