Fraser earned her Masters
degree in Management at the
London School of Economics.
She began her career as booking agent at Elite Model Management in Los Angeles and eventually blended her management skills and returned to the modeling industry where she represented fashion models in New York City. In 2006 she founded Flawless NYC, a successful promotional company that is the go- to agency for booking entertainment and talent for high-end events and prestigious brands. Chantelle’s sharp eye for beauty, talent and professionalism is called upon by fashion and luxury industry leaders including Ted Baker, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) and BMW for national casting, celebrity marketing,
catering and staffing and full house insurance for events. Chantelle recently expanded Flawless to include some of the hottest global musical entertainment DJs and MCs. She is currently one of the newest cast members to Bravo’s hit TV show “Blood, Sweat & Heels”. Chantelle is a fashion lover who enjoys the finer things in life and prides herself on being completely self-sufficient.
