Community Affairs for Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery & Grill, the most successful West Indian restaurant chain in the United States. Omar serves as the initial touch point for prospects inquiring about franchise opportunities. His love for business and the expertise developed while working with his father an mentor, Lowell Hawthorne has lead him to pursue training as a Certified Franchise Executive. In addition to running franchise development, Omar serves as a representative for Golden Krust’s philanthropic program including serving on the company’s “Think Tank”, an advisory group to the President comprised of enterprising and bright young
people. Additionally, Omar oftentimes represents the CEO at corporate and social events.
