Interestingly, I listened to someone yesterday talking about how, even though she's cut her working day down to 6 hours (she's self- employed), and put many more personal things into each day, she now feels that she's more productive and creative at her job.
Of course we're all different, but there are some things we all need, and God knows that. So accept His invitation to you to rest, whatever that looks like for you - long walks, reading a book with your feet up, dancing, crafts or DIY, or just sitting still in the garden - all good gifts come from our Father, and rest, whether it's Sabbath or not, is a real gem.
