The KCRPCA is made up of a wonderful and diverse group of club members. We come from all walks of life and backgrounds. As Membership Chair, I always enjoy learning a little bit about everyone. In this month’s edition of the Der Sportwagen, I would like to introduce this month’s feature: very special club member Rodolfo Arevalo.

2WHICH PORSCHE DO YOU OWN?
I own two Porsches; a red 1973 911T coupe and a Sapphire Blue 2014 911 4S Cabriolet.

I am originally from South
Texas and have lived in Michigan, California, Washington and Kansas. I moved to Michigan to attend graduate school after completing my
Nadine and I have been married
for 25 years and live in Spring Hill, Kansas. We have been living there since 2014. We moved from Cheney, Washington after retiring from Eastern Washington University. Prior to that we lived in McAllen, Texas, when I was Vice President
of the University of Texas, Pan American. Nadine and I met in Hays, Kansas, in 1994 and were married in 1998. We have four adult children that live in various parts of Kansas.

1WHAT YEAR DID YOU JOIN THE PCA?
I joined the PCA in 2007 when I lived in Cheney, Washington. After I retired and moved to Spring Hill, Kansas, I joined the KC Region in 2014.
