HOLIDAY PARTY KCRPCA HOLIDAYS THE KCRPCA CELEBRATES AT UNION STATION TREASURER was practically non-existent by dinner. Fortunately, Executive Vice President, and President-elect, Fred Quintana was there to relay T’s greetings and thanks to all. And with champagne in hand, we all raised a glass to wishing all a happy holidays! JIM CUMMINGS The Holiday Party really is a time to pause and give thanks for all we have been given. We are blessed to have such a wonderful group of club members, many who have become very close friends. All in all, another great experience and end to the year. Thanks, as always, to Social Chair, Holly Juckette, for her efforts in arranging and pulling off the event. 12 YEARS Once again, the Kansas City Region Porsche Club held its annual Holiday Party at Harvey’s Restaurant upstairs at Union Station. With well over sixty of our closest car aficionados and guests, we were treated once again to a festive venue and an outstanding meal. The Union Station has been the location for our annual Holiday Party for the last few years. It is a wonder place to hold an event. It is spacious, festive, decorated with holiday cheer, and as always Harvey’s provides wonder food. Harvey’s outdid themselves with their roving wait staff serving hors d’oeuvres and followed that up with a tremendous selection of salmon, prime rib, and chicken. I’m sure there were side dishes, but, really, who cares? I love a good buffet and went back several times. As always, desserts were plentiful and absolutely delicious. The highlight of the evening was our Region’s President’s speech. Well, his attempt at a speech.
