have been good to know. Guess what I have to do; unbolt my dash cover to install too small damn screws for the support! Uggh.
No big deal until I realize I have to take out the windshield to get the dash cover out! SOB! Not happening as now I remember why I put the dash in before the windshield (but that was 2 years ago...). Solution, simple; use very short self-tapping screws from underneath, easily reached by climbing into the frunk.

Why am I doing this to myself? Lesson: don’t linger doing these little projects as you tend to miss what is lurking underneath and what you have already done. I must persevere!
Carb covers/filters are next. While I have the original airbox to go over the carb system, but the lower mounting plates are simply not to be found. Did I mention this entire car came in unmarked boxes? The seller’s inspiring phrase of, “Oh, it’s all there”
