BUILD your ideal safari on www.bushtracks.com by customizing any of the top
trips in this brochure with our TripBuilder tool – and get an instant quote on your
custom safari. OR call 1-800-995-8689 or email info@bushtracks.com and one of our
expert travel planners will build a TripBuilder proposal for you around your preferred
destinations, the number of travelers in your party, your budget and preferred dates.
CONFIRM your safari once you and your Bushtracks travel planner have made
all desired adjustments to your TripBuilder proposal, and you have an agreed-upon
itinerary. Within one week you will receive an itinerary proposal, with your dates held,
a firm quote, and a reservation packet.
COMPLETE and return your reservation packet with a 30% deposit. When we
receive your deposit, we will assemble a Preparation Package that will ensure you depart
well-informed and properly geared. It includes: safari packing lists and temperature
and rainfall charts; a Bushtracks Expedition Planner with practical details on currency,
medical information, cultural considerations and more; and, passport and visa
information with application forms. Two to three weeks before your departure date
we will send you a final package with checklists, vouchers, and everything you need to
make your safari run smoothly.
A Note on Pricing: Prices, dates, schedules and program details are given in good faith, based
on information available and in full force in August 2014 and are subject to change. Prices
listed for Custom Safaris are approximate, and can vary based on time of travel, room type
and number of guests. Trip prices do not include international airfare. Please note a minimum
of 2 travelers and 7 consecutive days of travel are required for a Custom Safari. For complete
